Auction Terms & Conditions Please read carefully before bidding.
1. Condition of Sale Sold As Is (Most Important) All lots are sold AS IS and AS SHOWN. We guarantee only that the item delivered is the exact item shown in the original listing images. No representations or warranties are made regarding authenticity, authorship, attribution, brand, provenance, origin, period, condition, or future value, unless explicitly stated in writing. By placing a bid, the bidder confirms full understanding and acceptance of this condition.
2. No Returns / No Refunds All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted under any circumstances, including but not limited to: Attribution or brand interpretation Condition issues, inherent defects, restorations, or aging Differences of opinion after purchase Typographical or descriptive errors Failure to read the description or terms
3. Description & Images Descriptions, dimensions, photographs, and opinions are provided for reference only and reflect professional judgment at the time of cataloging. The absence of condition details does not imply that an item is free from wear, damage, repairs, or age-related characteristics. Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all images prior to bidding.
4. Payment Terms Credit card payments are not accepted Items under USD 1,000 may be paid via PayPal Items over USD 1,000 must be paid via wire transfer (T/T) Full payment must be received and cleared before shipment is arranged
5. Taxes, Duties & Customs Buyers are solely responsible for any applicable sales tax, customs duties, import/export taxes, or tariffs, unless exempt by law. Tax-exempt buyers must submit valid exemption documentation prior to payment.
6. Materials Subject to Regulation Lots may include materials subject to wildlife or export regulations, including but not limited to ivory, coral, tortoiseshell, exotic woods, or animal-derived materials. Buyers are fully responsible for verifying all applicable export, import, and transportation laws in their jurisdiction. No refunds will be issued if an item is seized, restricted, or cannot be legally imported or exported.
7. Shipping & Risk Shipment will be arranged only after full payment has been received. Risk transfers to the buyer once the item leaves our premises.
8. Company Rights TOISHINSEI Co., Ltd. reserves the right to: Withdraw any lot prior to sale Cancel a transaction due to technical errors, incorrect data, or quality control issues Refund the buyer only if a sale is canceled at our sole discretion before shipment
9. Acceptance of Terms Submitting a bid constitutes full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
Failure to comply with these terms may result in bidding restrictions or permanent account suspension.
